Distribution For Marketing..

We have discovered that with our video we had a bit of a hiccup with the technicals, so i set the boys out to record again. We also discussed who we are going to distribute this poster and also the digital showcase to. The Diagram below is the brainstorm that we created to give to marketing.

Project Manager (27th April)


After an incident that happened in class we lost 2 of our main students. We lost Josh and Sean our marketing and design guys. So drastic actions were taken which was i had to cover for Josh n Sonia had to cover for Sean and take all the work to marketing.

After working the whole morning with rob i came up with this:
We tried to re-created what Josh's original theme and idea looked like, however we tried to make it look a little different. Theres still more to improve in this theme and picture.

Project Manager (20th April)

After coming back from Easter Holidays we started to revise our poster because The Marketing Team wanted us to change few things because they either found it offensive or violent. However what happened was that one of the student "Josh" basically sent an email to the marketing team without consulting me or the team and sent his work through which they approved of over the work that was voted over by the class/team. This was taken in to serious matter but if the marketing liked Josh's work better then their was nothing that we could do besides create a re-vised poster with mini pictures of what we presented.

Project Manager (6th April)

Re-vised the time table and added additional parts inorder for the students to know what is going on and what needs to be done.


Project Manager (30th March)

This week we have improved our timetable due to the reason because few of the students needed extra days/weeks to complete what they were set out to do.. I.e David needed few extra weeks to complete his animation which is a vital part for the the Digital showcase.

My task for this was to keep all these time tables so that nobody falls behind..

I put forward myself to be a project manager in order to keep the group tight n help them do as they were surpose to do. I started a time table in order to keep everyone on track. This Looks like this:All the Tasks where disscussed n everyone was included.
